Title: AKAI S2000 internal SCSI - where to get 12V

Hi!

I am a lover of AKAI samplers, especially the S2000

Got one with the internel SCSI mod, but surprisingly there seems to be no 12V connector for the drives. Nearby the SCSI pins is also a 5V supply.

Anobody has any idea? Would be so great.

On the power supply board right next to the power connector for the main board theres a wire jumper. You'll find 12v there, or on whatever pin of the power connector it runs to.
