are these bendable? any luck anyone?

they are fun to at least play with. i can almost get musical with it, or percussive...

i wonder if one were to open it up, if one could confuse the cpu?

Matt the Modulator

You deserve a medal if you manage to open it up!! i looked at one and gave up as it had silly type srew heads andf was built to never be opened
8Bit Brain Analog Heart

i got it opened on the printed side of the board.

i did discover some interesting glitchy points on the cpu. but, the unit would crash.

i have some switches and pots now, so i may try those and see what happens.

this thing is on the shelf for a while. i have 4 keyboards to bend first!

has anyone ever got anything made by leapfrog to do anything really worthwhile? Its like Leapfrog have some kind of supernatural anti-bending powers. I think i've tried 3 or 4 different Leapfrog machines and not got a single one of them to do anything interesting or repeatable.
i am not paid to listen to this drivel, you are a terminal fool

i know how "serial killer" this comes across, but it sounds nice before it dies! lol!

there was one or two cool glitches i found on it, but the power would kill and would have to be re-booted.

i have come tp the conclusion that anything that has the word leapfrog printed on it is evil!!!

so, i think i shall harvest wire from this thing and throw it away.

SineHacker

try using some small signal diodes and then diodes in series with resistors/pots
yum, plastic sinewaves

jamiewoody

interesting you mention diodes...

in my BUZZ BOX synth, since the housing is a clear ornange rubbermade container, i decided, "hmmm, let's experiment with LEDs, this would look cool lit up inside!

well, i found while placing them in the variable and negative pins of the potentiometers, the signal was increased...SWEET!

then i started to think of why....and i remembered, "well, these are diodes after all". LOL!
