Where can I get a TR-626 replacement screen?

Hi all, I'm wondering where on earth can I get a replacement display for my TR-626. The machine is extensively bent and is now a joy to (ab)use, except that the display is woefully feeble. It seems pretty certain that a replacement will be needed sooner or later.

Another forum user has talked about replacing the display on a 505, however they didn't mention where they sourced the parts. The display unit is evidently a bastard to replace, but it seems more logical to risk this unit before forking out for another machine.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Basically you can't, unless you find a junked 626 with a working screen, or someone on ebay freakishly has some original spares.
I've seen new DR110 screens on ebay, so its not impossible, but i wouldn't hold your breath waiting.
i am not paid to listen to this drivel, you are a terminal fool

I suspected as much, bought a second TR626 a while ago for exactly that reason. It sucks that there's not really any replacement or substitute available for this display type, but it is what it is. Cheers.
