Ive just finished bending a Casio MT-540 and iam very proud :D so ive made a video

casio mt 540 part2

i found 37! bend points which gives 665 differant combernations from just on patch cable ;D ok so most are very simular out of controll glitches but this thing can sync to incoming midi clock for syncapeted madness well semi syncapated anyway the bents can throw the timing off

That first video there is curiously relaxing, in a Future Sound Of London-esque ambient kind of way, and its always nice to hear the SK5 laser / gunshot in action.  ;)

Nice work  :)
i am not paid to listen to this drivel, you are a terminal fool

Excellent bend!

Just wondering about your picture of the chip pins, I know its a 40 pin chip and the top right pin shouldn't be connected (+ voltage i assume) and some pins in the middle of that side of the chip shouldn't be touched. It just seems a bit unclear as to which pins in the middle should be left alone. I see one pin with nothing attached, are you also referring to the pin with a black wire on it? (it is within your highlighted square)

Perhaps a numerical description of the pinout information would be more clear. I'm itching to get my mt-240 all bent out of shape!

thanks very much for the excellent info!

I liked all the stuff from 1.34 onwards on the second vid... awesome!
