Hey anyone know the adaptor requirements for this keyboard.  It says 9volt dc, but what I need to know is if it is negative tip and also how many milliamps required.  The one for my CZ-101 won't work for it, so i'm going thru some D cell batteries till I can find out.  Thanks in advance

A lot of older casio's need their power socket resoldered or replaced so thats probably the first thing to look at. All casios have the same polarity PSU so i'm guessing your CZ supply should work if the MT socket is actually connected properly.
i am not paid to listen to this drivel, you are a terminal fool

the 9V bit is moderately important - anywhere between 8 and 10V DC should be OK.  From memory they're negative to centre, but do check it to make sure.  They may have changed at some point!

As for current, you'll probably need at least 500mA and possibly as much as 1A.  As a general rule of thumb it should at least power up with 500mA but a higher current is perfectly okay (and indeed desirable, for larger instruments with very large speaker systems).
If at first you don't succeed, stick it through a fuzzbox.
