HELP HELP HELP

Please could someone help me with this? I thought it would be so great to have an LED indication when a switch/bend will be switched on, that it would be easy to connect. But now after many times trying wiring up all sorts off connections I just don't know what to do any more. I started out with the idea that it'll be easy, but now I think it's impossible...So please help!

I added a drawing explaining my connection situation. Sorry for the misstakes and all, I'm so very new to this.

Use a double pole switch, so you've got one for the LED and one for the circuit you're trying to switch.
If at first you don't succeed, stick it through a fuzzbox.

And then it becomes so simple...I'm amazed about that the solution is so simple that I just didn't see it.
Thanks so much!!

You can do the same with rotary switches.. You just need 2 poles.. So say you have a double pole 6 throw switch you use 1 pole for power to 6 L.E.D's and 1 pole to 6 bend points..

If you've got a rotary switch you can use a 7-segment display and a bunch of diodes (quite a lot, really) to display a number or other symbol ;-)
If at first you don't succeed, stick it through a fuzzbox.
