Hello

I'm looking for any small or big mods for the SH-101 that aren't covered by the Circuitbenders mod or the modular mod from Analogue Solutions. I've heard about mods like adding second oscillator, bandpass filter, gate click removal, transpose hold etc etc. I'm epecially interested in theNovaMod rev2.0 or any later versions

Seems nobody is doing this mod anymore and that the schematics disappeared years ago. Anyone have any ideas about how to track it down?

Any help highly appreciated

Circuitbenders

Nobody is doing the Novamod 2.0 mods because they never existed as far as i'm aware. I don't think there was ever any guide for the novamod 2.0 and i'm not entirely sure if they ever actually offered an installation service despite what it says on that page. The last update to that page was in 1999!

Circuitbenders

well i'm quite astounded by that  :o

I wonder how many of those there are in the world? Not many i'm guessing, nice looking machine though.

I've always kind of been of the opinion that when you start adding whole new circuits like a new ADSR or another VCO to a machine you might as well just get a different synth in the first place, but i can't see how it would be too hard. As it says on that link in your first post, the new envelope is taken from an ARP design. If you're going to start adding stuff theres plenty of designs for modules around the net and its not hard to locate the signals you'll need to trigger them on the 101.
