Testing bend points on my vl tone and getting some pretty decent bass. Does seem to have a really high noisefloor though without any bends engaged.

Currently running out of the line out into my mixer. Would ditchin the speaker and taking my output there give a cleaner, albeit hotter, signal?

Cheers in advance for any replies

The line output is designed for going into a mixer.  The speaker output is designed for connecting a small loudspeaker.  Which do you think will work best with your mixer?
If at first you don't succeed, stick it through a fuzzbox.

I know that that makes perfect sense, but circuit bending by nature sometimes doesn't so I was just wondering if anyone had had any better results that way.

Anyhow, as mentioned I'm getting some really deep bass out of this which I'm pretty pleased with and a mild distortion which, when controlled by a pot almost seems like filter cutoff. The low end stays intact and smooth when the distortion is in the mix too which is a bonus.
