ok i decided to spam the site this year as a lot of members are shy and have no skills of using the forum (LOL new members ) if your a new member then maybe basic electronics is a good place to start as thats what i am doing now ...

lot of the members have 1337 skills here and allways a good place to be a member so what basic  skills am i learning you ask well improve soldering skills fault finding on basic projects which some times i kick my self lol..

ok i decided to make some projects from Synthrotek only order pcb boards so don't get hit with customs .. sorting parts is not that hard ebay but most of the time rapid have the parts ..

i made so far
Atari Punk Console

DA Fuzz Face Distortion Clone

4093 NAND Synth

also i decided to build a one off unit it which i called it Synthrotek Tower  which i am hoping to be finished this week as so far i built extra units
case

DS 8 drum clone

Atari junk Console with delay unit and 555 mod

8 Step Sequencer back picture

casio

cool suff. soldering skills are a good thing indeed.
can't wait to see that tower complete.

You simply cannot lose with a rotary analogue sequencer.

If those aren't words to live your life by, then they should be.
i am not paid to listen to this drivel, you are a terminal fool

last few days i been working on my Analog synth (yusynth modular)i started to make the YuSynth Fixed Filter Bank Moog 914a Clone

YuSynth Fixed Filter Bank Moog 914a Clone

I made  the pcb at work weds :) started to drilled wed night and still doing it thusday as i had today off work i started to Solder components onto a circuit board .. here a picture some caps to add and a few links ..

Bogus Noise

That's a nice looking modular! Decidedly less ghetto than mine  ;)

x0xb0x is almost done been very  hard to get some parts like 2sc2291 I had a fake one which I decide to blame crustypaul :) because he told me to sell  fb383  to a member here :) but I got one from littlediode_components  we were thinking about maybe BC549c match pair if we could not get one but was only an idea the tranisistors have been match and the board looks very well made just waiting on 2 parts as some parts were not the right ones made an error :) maybe working the weekend if I am lucky ..

its probably a bit late, but cricklewood and Nikko are good for rare x0xb0x parts in the UK

yes the x0xb0x  is almost done the hard part is the unit but transistor matching was time consuming
some of the parts I order was wrong too and with a fake  2sc2291 which was a 2SC1583 looks like its down to the batch number so I can use it one of the synth projects I am making ..

At the moment the x0xb0x I am changing some leds and also some key colours and adding some mods too. other stuff I am woking on is .
16 Step Deluxe Sequencer  from synthrotek

synthrotex modular synth

2 Atari Junk Console

2 4093 NAND Synth

2 Atari punk Console

555 Timer Oscillator

Pt2399 Delay Dev Board

Ring Modulator

Also just update I got fed up with setting up mixers if I want to do stuff mobile so decided to build a headphone amp with a stereo mixer too .. the idea if I want to play a round mates home all I need is this headphone amp and the synths..
work on the idea for a few days the layout and Friday night did the transfer on to the pcb board as the acid is not working that well I left it in over night  :)

Here some pictures so far

pcb taken out of the acid

this all I done so far

but waiting on more parts headphone amp kit is using surface mount components and coming from china but keep you updated
