Hey all - just got myself a spanking (kinda new) boxed sa-2 keyboard for 2quid :)
Was wondering if anyone found anything cool outside of reed's book info on it?
Can I do that funky voltage crash thing on it at all?

Jesus... it's taken me quite a while to get this one bended (getting wire under those resistors is a total bitch!!!)
:) Poking around for more body contacts. It's already sounding brill!!

Thanks for info on the volt drop where's the best place to pop that? I noticed a small connecting wire coming back up from the board  near the + battery connection is that where to cut/solder the pot?

I have an SA2 but didn't even get round to even opening it. Look, if you feel confident about hooking the wire back up (or cutting a jumper then re-soldering it) -->> Just cut it. If it goes dead, that's the voltage line. In the SA-1 there's a jumper that can be cut to connect the pot through. The soundset is identical but the SA-2 lets you only choose a couple of presets. So I say it's the same CPU anyway with less buttons hooked up. (This is called marketing)

Good luck!
