this is not really a request but an offer.  i can do it for free, i will make a banner for this website because right now its looking pretty weak.  and im feeling sad for the good citizens of this site who have to come here and see the unfortunate banner.

oh i can imagine is must be absolutely ghastly for those people who have to repeatedly live through the terrifying trauma of wasting their eyes looking at such a tragically atrocious banner.
