I've got a non-runner FZ-10m with a (probably) working floppy - nothing on the display when you power it up.  I've even got quite a few disks for it.  Drop me an email if you want it.  You'd need to collect or sort out shipping.
If at first you don't succeed, stick it through a fuzzbox.

I bought two boxed and cosmetically perfect TB-303's a couple of years ago. The guy couldn't get em to work and suspected the CPU's had died in them, but they powered up so i bought them anyway, as you would. As it turned out, after few dry joint repairs on the sync socket on one of them and a new c-mos memory chip from Roland for the other, they both chirp away just as they should!

The bargain price? £25 for the pair. Ouch.

I sold one and used the proceeds to send the other unit to Robin Whittle for the full Devil Fish treatment, which I can tell you, is a treat.

Hahaha, you're not the first ;)
I'd actually hoped for something analogue on the way there, but figured the days of that kind of bargain were long gone. Everything after that seemed *so* expensive! £1.50 for a Hing Hon!? How dare you!

That's insane! Are you sure you haven't missed out a zero? ;)

Ciderfeks

Ha ha, yes it was one of those moments that all the way back I thought the seller was gonna call after me and change his mind, but I guess he thought they were write-offs...

But really, no missing zeros. £12.50 each. I suppose thats all of my Roland Karma used up in one hit.

Bought a Speak & Spell for £10 from eBay, but when it arrived something was rattling inside.  :-\

Turned out to be a Homonym Heroes cartridge that wasn't mentioned in the auction!  ;D

kitsophrenik

I also bought my beloved Korg Monopoly for 100 quid from an ex college tutor who preferred the sound of his 01/W and he threw in a VC10 vocoder for £40 extra.

My mate got his SH-101 for £25 from two elderly brothers who shared a semi-detatched house in Crawley which was stuffed full of dusty Hammond organs. I think he was lucky to leave with his life let alone a classic monosynth.

.............if you'd just like to give me your address and let me know when you're likely to be out.  ;)

I don't believe this, it's happened again, only this time it was Mighty Verbs.  :o

Might have to start collecting the rest now... ;D

Hahaha, I know that one.  :)

Cracking deal on those synths! Got a Monopoly here on long term loan, was just getting dusty in his attic as it was. Came with a Philip Rees MIDI CV box to boot!

Ciderfeks

Yeah the Monopoly is one of my favorite synths and quite underrated by people unless you've used one of course - can't see myself ever parting with it.

Those little Speak & Spell modules are so well hidden in their slot I guess people forget they're in there when they sell their Speaks! It's certainly a bonus when one turns up as an added extra - i got 'Vowel Power' as a freebie in one of my Speak purchases. If you do decide to try and get some more I would recommend the E.T. module - it's great - although I paid for that one  ;)
